Start with one dashboard, not a collection

Pick a dashboard that people genuinely use and that has a clear owner. A weekly revenue view, product health summary, or support operations board is a good first candidate. Avoid the dashboard with 40 cards, six years of edits, and nobody willing to explain it. You can get to that one later.

The first migration is about making the process repeatable. It is not about moving the most charts.
