1) Run it daily

After the first load, run the pipeline without --full-refresh. By default a run covers the previous UTC day, fetches the records updated in that window, and merges them on id, so re-running a window never duplicates rows:

bruin run --workers "$QB_WORKERS" quickbooks

Schedule that command with cron, GitHub Actions, or another deployment option. If the agent wrote back to QuickBooks during the day, the next run picks the edits up, because QuickBooks bumps each changed record's LastUpdatedTime.
