Bruin CLI Step 6 of 7

Build an AI Finance Agent for QuickBooks

1) Start with a sandbox company

Every Intuit developer account comes with a sandbox company full of sample data. Do everything in this step against the sandbox first, and only switch to production once the skill behaves the way you expect.

Create a second Intuit app for the agent instead of reusing the pipeline's app. Both use the same com.intuit.quickbooks.accounting scope, but separate apps give you separate tokens: you can revoke the agent without breaking the nightly load, and the audit log in QuickBooks shows which app made each change.

In the new app, open Settings > Redirect URIs and add http://localhost:8000/callback for the development keys.
