How do I load data from MongoDB into my warehouse?

This recipe copies a collection from MongoDB into your warehouse using ingestr. The source URI uses the mongodb scheme and the source table names the database and collection together as database.collection.

Command

ingestr ingest

Defined in

CLI

Works with

MongoDB to any ingestr destination

What you get

Collection loadDatabase.collection selectionIncremental sync

$ ingestr ingest \
  --source-uri 'mongodb://localhost:27017' \
  --source-table 'mydb.users' \
  --dest-uri $SNOWFLAKE_URI --dest-table 'analytics.users'

Run ingestr ingest and ingestr loads the MongoDB data into your warehouse.
