Bruin Cloud Step 3 of 4

Build Data Apps in Bruin Cloud

Prompt for the workspace

This is optional inspiration, not a required part of creating a data app. Use it when a sales workspace matches your workflow, or adapt the interaction patterns to another type of app.

Use one prompt that specifies both the layout and the behaviour you need. This tells the agent how people should move from an overview to a decision.

Build an interactive sales command centre for regional leaders. Inspect the data available to you and choose the sources for revenue, closed-won pipeline, win rate, and average deal size. At the top, show each metric with the change versus the previous comparable period. Add a global date range, region, segment, owner, and product filters. Show revenue and pipeline trends over time, a regional comparison, a funnel by stage, and a ranked account table. Clicking a region, chart segment, or account must update the rest of the page. Selecting an account should open a detail panel with its open opportunities, recent activity, top risks, and a concise explanation of why it moved. Preserve the global filters, make empty states clear, and display data freshness.

The agent should inspect its accessible data and determine the right sources before it builds. If a visual needs a different metric definition, describe the business meaning you want rather than naming a table.
